Ralph Johnson Pierce, 84, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Ira Pierce and Bettie Wood Judd Pierce, was born December 28, 1938 in the Pierce Community of Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ at an early age and was a member of the Trammell Creek Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was a veteran having served in the United States Army from 1961 until 1963. He was an established businessman of several fields of work in his adult life. He will be missed by all who knew him and loved him, and will be remembered for his dry sense of humor.

1 son & daughter-in-law: John Patrick Pierce & Elizabeth Pierce of Greensburg
2 grandchildren: Patrick Russell Pierce and Declan James Pierce
Brother-in-law & sister-in-law: Lee & Betty Church of North Carolina
A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends
Mr. Pierce was also preceded in death by three sisters & brothers-in-law: Juver & Elmer Davis, Geneva McAllister (Kenneth Thompson & Floyd McAllister), Elsie & Authur Shirrell; two brothers & sisters-in-law: Ray & Ruthene Pierce and Lester & Elsie Pierce.
