Twalla Elizabeth Leftwich, 65, of Summersville, KY, daughter of Elizabeth Perkins Leftwich of Summersville and the late Colva Ray Leftwich, was born on August 3, 1957 in Taylor County and departed this life on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. 

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a Certified Nurses Aide for Home Health and Green Hill Rehab and Care Center for several years and was a past volunteer for the Summersville Voluntary Fire Department.

Her mother: Elizabeth Perkins Leftwich of Summersville

Her companion: Samuel Terrell Davis of Summersville

1 daughter & son-in-law: Christy & Daniel Pickett of Green County

2 grandchildren: Courtney Pickett and Cody Pickett both of Green County

2 great-grandchildren: Carter and Valerie

Sister-in-law: Kathy Leftwich of Summersville

Nieces: Holly Johnson of Green County and Jill Ashlock of New Haven

A host of other relatives & friends

Besides her father, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Leftwich on December 11, 2015.

Burial: Green County Memory Gardens

Visitation: Monday from 4:00pm-8:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and Tuesday after 7:00amCT
