Oleeda Thompson Bolton, 85, of Louisville, KY (a native of Green County), passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023 in Louisville. She was born on June 25, 1938 in Pierce, KY to the late Joseph and Grace (Thompson) Bolton.
Oleeda was a loving mom, granny, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids and her furbabies. She had a heart of gold and she would have given her last dollar to help her grandchildren. She was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church for many years. She retired from Cardiovascular Associates after many years of faithful service. She loved to craft which included embroidery, scrap booking, and quilting. Oleeda will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, James Douglas Wisdom; a daughter, Cheri Lynn Mullins; one grandson, Bobby Joe Smith; a great-grandson, Peyton; Siblings: Janice Pedigo, Nona Houk, Geraldine Meadows, Joseph Thompson, Kathryn Thompson, Nellie Thompson, and Madelyn Thompson.

19 great-grandchildren: Heaven, Brooklynn, Cash, Lyric, Levi, Anthony, Zoie, Elijah, Haile, Dylan, Summer, Rachel, Thomas, Adam, Patrick, Maeve, Abigail, Austin, and Bailey
3 sisters: Yvonne Coffey, Nina Lobb, and Essie Slinker
