Larry Paul Mitchell, 73, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Henry M. Mitchell and Marie G. Bender Mitchell, was born on November 17, 1949 in Heidelberg, Germany and departed this life on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at his home.

He had served his country honorably in the United States Navy and had previously been employed as a civil service worker.

SURVIVORS:

2 daughters: Jennifer Banaszak of Spring Hill, TN and Julie Marlow of Elizabethtown, KY

2 sisters: Tanya Sherrard and Sanya Darby

6 grandchildren

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Donnie Mitchell and Jimmie Mitchell.

The family has chosen cremation with interment at a later date at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY with military honors.
