Kelly Linette Powell, 59, of the Ebenezer Community of Taylor County, KY, the daughter of Mary L. (Bishop) Powell and the late Robert Powell, was born November 19, 1963 in Taylor County and departed this life on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at her home. 

Kelly was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom, Walmart, and Amazon. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jo Rutherford.

Funeral Service: Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at L.R. Petty Funeral Home

Burial: Ebenezer Cemetery

Visitation: After 11:00 A.M. Saturday until time for the service
