Milton Bloyd, 83, of Summersville, KY, son of the late Edward C. Bloyd and Gladys May Marcum Bloyd, was born May 23, 1940 and departed this life on May 24, 2023 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. He was a farmer, long time truck driver, worked at Greensburg Bottling Company, Central Motors, and Larry Glass Construction.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Kitty Bush Bloyd, on January 29, 2015 having united in marriage on September 22, 1978.

2 daughters: Sherry Bloyd and Gayle Edmonds of Summersville
1 son & daughter-in-law: Billy & Becky Bloyd of Summersville
Bonus daughter: Kathy Walker of Summersville
5 grandchildren: Carrie Martin, Jonathon Bloyd, Melanie Edmonds, Cody Bloyd, Emily Patterson all of Summersville
8 great-grandchildren: Jaydon, Maddox, Ella, Owen, Daisy, Wyatt, Jathon, and Ashton

Burial: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens
Visitation: Friday, May 26, 2023 from 3:00pm-8:00pmCT and Saturday after 7:00amCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home
