Juanita Sue Mouser Parnell, 71, of Green County, KY, daughter of the late Vechil Mouser and Barbara Glover Rock, was born July 19, 1951 in Green County and departed this life on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at T.J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a homemaker, loved flowers, sewing, and being with family and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Charles Leon Parnell on March 16, 1968 who preceded her in death on September 21, 2021 and by a brother and sister: Daniel Mouser and Connie Mouser.

1 son & daughter-in-law: Andy & Trina Parnell of Center; a daughter: Angelia Jewell &  fiancé Robert Vibbert of Hardyville

10 grandchildren: Corey and Darby Parnell, Takeda Parnell, Stephen Parnell, Andrew Parnell, Chevie Parnell, and Chevelle Parnell all of Center; James and Jerrika Jewell, Daniel and Hailey Jewell, and Joshua Jewell all of Hardyville; and Renea and Nic Boaz of Leitchfield

3 great-grandchildren: Daxton Lee Parnell, Henrey James, and Hadlee Parnell

4 sisters: Kathy Sanders, Melinda Mouser, Diane Mouser, and Beverly Stone all of Center

Funeral Service: Friday, April 7, 2023 at 1:00pmCT at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with Sister Anna Overstreet officiating

Burial: Houk Cemetery

Visitation: After 9:00amCT on Friday at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home
