Mitchel T. Shreve, 86, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Thomas Shreve and Evelyn Burchell, was born April 8, 1936 in Liberty, KY and departed this life on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Green Hill Manor Nursing and Rehab in Greensburg, KY.

Mitchel enjoyed coon hunting and was also a Bench Show Judge. He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

Mitchel united in marriage to Sandra Kaye Huddleston, who preceded him in death on September 6, 2017.

1 son: Jimmy Shreve & wife Vanessa of Greensburg, KY

2 stepchildren: Jeanie Tungate & husband Stan of South Lebanon, Ohio and Lori Rawlings of Campbellsville, KY
13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren & 5 great-great-grandchildren

1 brother: Delmar Shreve of Liberty, KY

1 sister: Corine Griffin of Indiana

Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sons and a daughter: Michael Shreve, Marcus Shreve, and Kathy Hearon and by four sisters: Lois Johnson, Doris Coffman, LaRose Shreve, and Martha Shreve.
