Margie N. Whittaker, 102, of Summersville, KY, daughter of the late Martin Patrick Monaghan and Willie Sylvester Vaught Monaghan, was born on September 26, 1920 in Muhlenberg County and departed this life on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at her home.
Mrs. Whittaker had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Greensburg Church of the Nazarene. She was a Homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Benjamin Franklin Whittaker on July 26, 2003 having united in marriage on February 22, 1939.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Hosparus of Green River, which can be made at the funeral home.
