Dr. Darryl Scott Dillery, 61, of Campbellsville, KY, formerly of Albion, Michigan, passed peacefully from this life on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at his home. He was born on May 4, 1961 to Dean George and the late Martha Jean (Adams) Dillery. 

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville First United Methodist Church. "Dr. D", as he was affectionately known, was an educator by trade; he had earned doctorate from the University of Kentucky and was currently employed as a math professor at Lindsey Wilson College. He had also served as a visiting professor at the Air Force Academy. He valued the relationships he forged with his all of students, and was a lifelong encouragement to many of them in return. He was a proud supporter of the Lindsey Wilson Swim Team, an avid canoer, and widely recognized by his beloved and brightly colored shirts.

3 children: Megan Dillery Duff & husband Stephen of Lexington, Laura Christine Dillery of Campbellsville, and Melissa Grace Darnell & husband Colin of Louisville

3 siblings: Kirk Dillery & wife Robin of Battle Creek, Michigan, Daniel Dillery & wife Barbara of West Melbourne, Florida, and Leslie Shaw of Michigan

3 grandchildren: Andrew Scott Perkins, Edison Duff, and Oscar Duff

Celebration of Life Service: Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 3:00pmET at the Campbellsville First United Methodist Church, 317 E. Main St., Campbellsville, KY
