Leonard Allen Skaggs, 58, of Campbellsville, KY was born in Taylor County, KY on February 7, 1965 to the late Leonard Thomas “Pete” Skaggs and Lucille Crowe Martin Skaggs. He departed this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
He was a construction worker and a factory worker.
