Anna Jane Elmore Walker, 77, of the Gabe Community of Green County, KY, daughter of the late Roman Elmore and Mary Susan Rattliff Elmore, was born January 31, 1946 near Summersville in the Lobb Community of Green County and departed this life on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

She will be remembered by all who knew her for her gentle spirit and her many acts of kindness and generosity. She sought to find positives in life and treat everyone she met with kindness. She had made a profession of faith in Christ early in life and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. She later attended Mt. Tabor Baptist in Buffalo, KY and Bethlehem Baptist Church in Greensburg. She was a graduate of Green County High School Class of 1964 and continued her education at Campbellsville College and for a brief time at Western Kentucky University. She was employed many years with Fruit of the Loom and the Green County School District.
