Diane LaVine Hyde, 78, of Campbellsville, KY was born in Chicago, IL on November 22, 1957 to the late Bernard LaVine and Barbara Caruso LaVine. She departed this life on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. 

Mrs. Hyde enjoyed reading, drawing and spending time with her grandchildren.

2 children: David A. Hyde & wife Shannon of Campbellsville, KY and Jamie Urchak & husband Joe of Tennessee

2 sisters & 3 brothers: Kathy Hammond, Jim LaVine, Teresa LaVine, Michael LaVine, and Steven LaVine

3 grandchildren
