Shirley A. Rucker, 86, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Finley and Hazel (Botner) Isaacs, was born November 26, 1936 in Vincent, KY (Owsley County) and departed this life on Friday, January 6, 2023 in Covington.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Earlys Chapel United Methodist Church and was a former Taylor County Deputy Clerk and a bookkeeper at the Metzmeier Nursing Home in Campbellsville. Shirley enjoyed cooking, baking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Eugene Rucker on December 22, 2021; a son, David Allen Rucker on May 20, 1985; three brothers and a sister: Bobby, Paul and Finley Isaacs and Vala Kilburn.
