Cathy Underwood Murray, 50, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of Michael T. Underwood and Brenda Hixon Underwood of Elkhorn, KY was born on February 27, 1972 in Taylor County and departed this life on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at her home.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was greenhouse manager for Central Farmers Supply and former owner and operator of Cobblestone Farms. She had amazing gifts of creating, gardening, artistry and was an inspiration to anyone who knew her.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or to the Bethlehem Baptist Church Youth, and can be made at the funeral home or at the church.
