Phyllis Marie Lemke, 75 of Louisville, KY (formerly of Marion County, KY), the daughter of the late John Medley and Mary (Spaulding) Stuteville was born April 29, 1947 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Monday, December 19, 2022 in Louisville at the Signature Healthcare East.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Catholic Faith. She was a former owner of a cleaning service for many years.Phyllis enjoyed gardening and playing the slot machines, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Tom Stuteville; a brother, Bobby Medley; and a grandchild, Alex Gupton.

1 son: Alan Lemke & wife Lauren of Mt. Washington
4 brothers: Ronnie Medley and Kenny Medley both of Florida, John Medley of North Carolina and Art Medley of Tennessee
5 grandchildren: Sawyer Lee, Jake Gupton, Saylor Lee, Hannah Gupton and Jaxon Lemke
