Stephen Douglas Farmer, 66, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Fonzie Farmer and Bonnie Gabehart Farmer, was born February 15, 1956 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 7:27 P.M., Monday, November 14, 2022 in Louisville. 

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of East Campbellsville Church of God. Doug was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. He was a Ford man through and through, enjoyed his guns and his cars, liked to fish and was an avid softball player when he was younger. Doug’s dog, Cricket, was always at his side when he was home. He was a family man and loved his wife, children and grandchildren with all his heart. Doug was also a familiar face at Campbellsville Gun and Pawn.

His wife of 45 years: Jo Farmer of Campbellsville

1 son: Kyle Farmer and wife Krissy of Campbellsville

1 daughter: Amanda Settles of Bardstown

3 grandchildren: Zach Parsons, Kyndall Metcalf and Lexi Boils

Doug was also preceded in death by one brother and 2 sisters:  Nolan Jack Farmer, Brenda Denney and Wilda Joyce “Joey” Arnett.
