Montrey Elaine Cox, 73, of the Mannsville Community of Elkhorn passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born October 15, 1949 in Taylor County to the late Mitchell Garrett and Mary Douglas Childers Garrett.
Mrs. Cox professed her faith in Christ and was of Baptist faith. She was a retired set sleeve operator and worked in the shipping department at Fruit of the Loom for thirty plus years in Campbellsville. Montrey loved to mow her yard and spend time with her grandkids. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother.
She united in marriage to her husband, Charles Edward Cox on June 6, 1975 and preceded her in death on May 3, 2014.

2 daughters: Heather Cox Mings & husband and Beth Davis & husband Kit, both of Mannsville
2 grandsons: Drake Mings and Cody Davis of Mannsville
