Ernest “Ernie” Greer, 71 of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late G.G. “Gibb” and Marie (Harden) Greer, was born September 15, 1951 in Taylor County and departed this life on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Bible Baptist Tabernacle in Campbellsville where he has served as head usher for 40 years. He was a former factory worker at GE, Fruit of the Loom and Ingersoll Rand maintenance and operated a mowing business. Ernie as he was mostly called, enjoyed fishing, woodworking, crafting, NASCAR, traveling and most of all spending time with family.
