Fred Alvin Purvis, Jr., 74, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Fred Sr. and Dolly (Patterson) Purvis, was born October 29, 1947 in Mercer County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in Greensburg at the Green Hill Manor.
He was of the Christian Faith. Fred was a retired teacher and coach for Taylor County High School and Campbellsville Middle School Basketball teams. His hobbies would consist of sports, sports and more sports
