German M. Simpson, 83, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Lucian A. Simpson and Alice Evelyn Gardner Simpson, was born on April 16, 1939 and departed this life on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at his home.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He worked for Ford Motor Company of Indianapolis as a Machine Technician for 35 years and after retirement he enjoyed farming.

1 daughter: Tammera D. Vail of Greensburg
3 grandchildren: Matthew Vail and Maria of Centerville, Indiana, Nikki Crooks and Matt of Sullivan, Indiana, Justin Simpson and his fiancé, Sara of Indiana
4 great-grandchildren: Ethan Vail, Dylan Vail, Emery Crooks, Colton Crooks all of Indiana
2 brothers & sisters-in-law: Wayne & Janie Simpson of Indiana, Junior & Lydia Simpson of Edmonton
A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends
He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Jim Simpson and Bob Simpson and 4 sisters: Florence Wyatt, Dilma Harrison, Joyce Akin, and Shirley Long.

Burial: Judd Cemetery
Visitation: After 9:00amCT on Saturday
