Joshua Doyle “Josh” Simpson, Sr., 37, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of Carol Jean (Simpson) Brown and the late Doyle Eugene Waymon, was born January 14, 1985 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Saturday, September 3, 2022 in Campbellsville.
Josh was a mold setter for Wilbert Plastics in Lebanon and was of the Catholic Faith.

5 children: Joshua Simpson, Jr., Jacob Eugene Simpson, Kenzie Negron, Zehavah Negron, and Elyjah Steward

Funeral Service: Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 1:00pmET at L.R. Petty Funeral Home with cremation to follow
Visitation: After 11:00amET on Saturday
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Billy Ray “Goat” Brown and a sister, Tara Simpson Lamer.
Memorials are suggested to the funeral expense fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
