Herbert Leroy Sims, 69, of Greensburg, KY, son of the late Charles Franklin Sims and Ethel Florence Blackford Sims, was born February 14, 1953 in Indianapolis, Indiana and departed this life on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the Campbellsville Nursing & Rehab Center.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended Summersville Baptist Church. He was also a Yellow Cab taxi driver.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, Conrad William Sims and the following brothers and sisters: Charles R. Sims, Mikey Sims, David L. Sims, Donald F. Sims, Deloris J. Sims Smith, Alice Sims, Ethel L. Sims Lynch, and Betty K. Sims Welty.

Honoring Mr. Sims wishes, cremation was chosen. No formal services or visitation at this time.
