Rita Phyllis Rattliff Paxton, 76, of the Summersville area of Green County, KY, daughter of the late Ruby Alton Ratliff and Mary Chaudoin Rattliff, was born March 2, 1946 in Green County and departed this life on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at her home.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. She formerly worked at Fruit of the Loom, Tenn-Fore, Chalk Line, Jan-Mar and Retired from Green County Schools as an Instructional Assistant.
She united in marriage to James H. Jimmy Milby who preceded her in death on December 13, 1987. She later united in marriage to Eddie Paxton on October 24, 1991, who survives.

1 sister-in-law: Ethel Rattliff of Summersville
4 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or to Hosparus of Green River. These can be made at the funeral home.
