Rachel Hedgespeth, 85, of Green County, KY, daughter of the late Raymond Bishop, Ruth Simpson Bishop Ferguson and stepfather Erbie Ferguson, was born on December 17, 1936 in Green County and departed this life on August 19, 2022 at the Green Hill Rehabilitation and Care Center.
Mrs. Hedgespeth had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. She worked for many years in the dietary department for the Green County School System.

Her husband of 68 years: Rollin “Joe B.” Hedgespeth of Green County
3 sons & 1 daughter: Wayne & Sherry Hedgespeth, Tammy & Lemuel Baker, Sam & Crystal Hedgespeth, and Dan & Angie Hedgespeth, all of Greensburg
2 brothers: Gary Ferguson and Ken Ferguson, both of Greensburg
2 sisters: Fay Conley of Greensburg and Nancy Dix of Campbellsville
10 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren
