Teresa Lynn Moaton, 52, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of Carl Gurley of Florida, Linda Gurley of Illinois, and other mother, Donna Burtcheard also of Illinois, was born on Thursday, August 14, 1969 in Sandwich, Illinois and departed this life on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
She was a caregiver, and her children and grandchildren were her world.

Her parents: Carl Gurley of Florida, Linda Gurley, and Donna Burtcheard both of Illinois
2 step-children: Shatana Moaton of Chicago, and Tanya Bridgewater of Campbellsville
3 grandchildren
1 sister and 3 brothers: Ashley Gurley, Mike Burtcheard, Doug Burtcheard, and Greg Gurley all of Illinois
