Lorene Horton Harvey, 78, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of the late Logan and Nora Lee Hatfield Horton, was born on April 28, 1944 in Hart County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at the Green Hill Rehab and Care.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Harvey, on June 21, 2012.

SURVIVORS:

1 daughter: Sandra Trowbridge of Greensburg

2 grandchildren: Heather Lynn Trowbridge and Jessica Shelby both of Hardyville

4 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandchild

7 siblings: Bruce Horton, Julie Lane, Geraldine Lewis, Emma Gary, James Horton, Alvie Horton and Velvet Durham

A host of other relatives & friends

Mrs. Harvey was preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Jean Patterson; one grandson, Ronnie Ray Trowbridge; and 5 siblings: Richard Horton, Verlidine Horton, Doris Hazelwood, Otis Horton and Leon Horton.

Burial: Dutch Creek Cemetery in Cumberland County

Visitation: Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT and after 7:00amCT on Friday at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home
