Neal Upchurch, Jr., 23, of Louisville, KY (formerly of Campbellsville, KY), the son of Julio and Kathy (McNear) Quintana, was born February 25, 1999 in Louisville and departed this life on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in Louisville at the St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.

Neal enjoyed music, movies, and Gears of war on Xbox and playing with his cellphone and listening to his favorite rapper: Eminem, but loved his family most of all.

Neal was preceded in death by a sister, Kasey Michelle Upchurch, and his grandparents: Timmy Johnson, Nadine Johnson, Linda Upchurch and Ramon Quintana.

Burial: Mt. Washington Cemetery
