CHERYLE DARLENE STOCKTON, 40, GREENSBURG, KY


Cheryle Darlene Stockton, 40, of Greensburg, KY, daughter of Charles Edgar “C.E.” Money, Jr. and wife Judy Goff Money of Greensburg and Dana Lynette Murphy Moore and husband John Moore of Louisville, KY was born on July 16, 1982 and departed this life on Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Louisville.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was a C.T. Technician for Jewish Hospital and helped with the Tax House. Cheryle loved animals, especially her dog, Cash aka, “Butt Nuggie”, and her horses. She enjoyed kayaking, fishing, gardening and the outdoors in general. She loved her family, friends, and especially hanging out with her Louisville friends.

Her husband: Jefferson Wayne “Jeff” Stockton of Greensburg, having united in marriage on August 30, 2020
2 children: Dustin Lee Norman and Lily Angeline Norman both of Greensburg

3 step-children: Mara Marie Stockton of Greensburg, Hannah Jade Stockton and Gia Grace Stockton both of Alabama

Her parents: Charles Edgar “C.E.” Money, Jr. of Greensburg, KY and Dana Lynette Murphy Moore of Louisville, KY

1 sister: Shannon Owen and husband Mike of Indiana

Her mother-in-law: Karen Leah Stockton of Arkansas

1 brother-in-law: Jeremy Stockton and wife Tess of Arkansas

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 11:00am-2:00pmCT on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at the Summersville Coon Hunters Club. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pmCT on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Bro. Cliffton Sullivan officiating
 
Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of the service arrangements. 
 
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Bethlehem Baptist Church, which can be made at the church or the funeral home.
