Ann Wethington McFarland, 86, of Campbellsville, KY, daughter of the late Emanuel Wethington and Lorena May Gabehart Wethington, was born August 9, 1935 in Taylor County, KY. She died at 5:55 P.M., Thursday, June 16, 2022 in Campbellsville.

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Ann was co-owner and operator with her husband, J.W. McFarland, of McFarland Meat Processing and was formerly a Chairman of the Board of Directors at Taylor Regional Hospital. Ann had a positive attitude, was always smiling and laughing and full of life. She loved to travel with her husband and friends and had been to 49 states.

She united in marriage to J.W. McFarland February 25, 1957 and he preceded her in death 13 years to the day on June 16, 2009 and almost to the hour.

2 sons & 2 daughters: Bryan McFarland & wife Kim, Mark McFarland & wife Betty, and Patty Rodgers & husband Doug all of Campbellsville, KY, Lynn Henley & husband Roger of Bardstown, KY

3 grandchildren: Megan Hatcher (Daniel), Rachel Parker (Michael) and Jeremy McFarland (Shelby)

5 great-grandchildren: Max Hatcher, Griffin Hatcher, Will Hatcher, Beau Parker and Noa Kate Parker

3 brothers & one sister: Bill Wethington of Campbellsville, George Wethington and John Wethington of Louisville and Emma Jo Mangold of Somerset

Ann was also preceded in death by a brother, Thomas E. Wethington.
