George Morris, 91, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Rollin Orbia Morris and Clara Neat Morris was born August 11, 1930 in Middletown, Ohio. He died at 11:00 P.M. on Friday, June 17, 2022 in Campbellsville.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church where he had served as a deacon. George was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a retired employee of Kentucky Utilities after some 30 years of service. He was an avid fisherman.

2 daughters: Sharon Lee & husband Henry and Janet Deener & husband John, both of Campbellsville
3 grandchildren: Richard Scott Deener of Campbellsville, Marsha Deener Warren and husband Eric of Richmond and Corey Lee Shultz and husband Tanner of Lexington
4 great-grandchildren: Ethan Warren, Eli Warren, Evie Warren and Henry Shultz
2 brothers: Orbie Rollin Morris and wife Nancy of Louisville and Robert “Bobby” Morris and wife Polly of Campbellsville

He was also preceded in death by one sister and brother-in-law: Dolores and Gene Money.
