Wayne Keltner, 80, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY. He was a son of the late Arvie & Lucy Keltner.
Mr. Keltner was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served 21 years in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Rod Lowe Post 124 American Legion, Greensburg, KY and was an avid golfer.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a grandson, Cameron L. Knott; one brother, Robert Keltner; 2 sisters-in-law: Kathy Keltner and Rosie Keltner; a nephew, Donald Loyd Keltner; his father-in-law & mother-in-law: Johnnie & Elsie Matney; and a brother-in-law, Benny Matney.

His wife of 59 years: Norma L. Keltner
2 daughters: Glenda (Bobby) Harlow and Regina (James) Vincent
2 granddaughters: Nicki (Steve) White and Kayla (Dillion) Knott
3 brothers: Joseph Keltner & wife Vonnie, Ronald Keltner, and David Keltner
2 brothers-in-law: Arnold (Shirley) Matney of Greensburg and Alvin (Kaye) Matney of Sulphur Well
Nieces & nephews: Ricky Keltner. Bobby Keltner, Lainie (Shelia) Keltner, Jessica Beard, Alisha Risen, Mindy Lightfoot, Marty (Missy) Matney, Angie Judd, Josh (Sara) Matney, Monica Shirley, Alvin Dean (Heather) Matney

Burial: Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central with military honors
