Phillip Eugene Berry, 65, was born November 5, 1956 in Taylor County, KY to the late Otis Eugene Berry and Maybelle Marr Berry. He departed this life Thursday, June 9, 2022 at the Green Hill Manor Rehabilitation and Care Center.
