Joe Beard, 81, of Campbellsville, KY, son of Delious and Margarett Beard, was born August 3, 1940 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 2:38 P.M., Saturday, May 21, 2022 in Campbellsville.
 

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. Joe was a lifelong farmer. He loved his Lord and family and was a people person. He also enjoyed pulling tractors.

He united in marriage to Mildred Gaines March 1, 1981.

His wife: Mildred Beard of Campbellsville

1 son & 3 daughters: Robbie Beard and wife Vera, Cheri Parke, Bobbi Lynn Faulkner & husband Dean of Campbellsville and Alison Starcher & husband Jeremy of Florence

Bonus son: Jeremy Hogan of Texas

11 grandchildren &14 great-grandchildren

1 sister: Patti Benningfield and husband Roger of Campbellsville

1 brother-in-law: George Gupton of Campbellsville

Joe was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn B. Gupton and a son-in-law, Michael Parke.
