Stacy Renee Ford, 45, of Louisville, KY (formerly of Campbellsville), daughter of Judith Ann Humphress Ford and the late Randy Ford, was born April 28, 1977 in Taylor County, KY. She died Monday, May 9, 2022 in Campbellsville.

She was an employee of Kaelin’s Restaurant.
