William Clayton Whitlow, 87, of Bowling Green, KY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at his residence. He was born October 8, 1934 in Greensburg, Ky to the late Willie Ernest and Clevie Dell Parker Whitlow, where he was affectionately known as Dick.

He was a retired truck driver for Yellow Freight, member of the Teamsters Union Local 89, and a member of Forest Park Church.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Lillie Henderson Whitlow; 4 brothers: Boyce, Charles, Bernard & Ernest; and 2 sisters: Linda Hodges & Nora Whitlow.

SURVIVORS:

3 sons: William (Linda), Kevin (Mari), and Shawn (Rachel)

2 grandsons: Brandon Whitlow & Johnie Shelton

4 granddaughters: Launa & Morgan Whitlow, Marissa Shelton, & Michelle Taylor

5 great-grandchildren: Ivan, Faith, Madi, Henry, & Braelyn

A host of special nieces & nephews

Visitation: Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 11:00am-2:00pmET with the funeral service immediately following visitation at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.

Burial: Bowling Green Gardens
