Irene Elizabeth Webb, 104, of Greensburg, KY, the only child of the late Robert E. Bibb and Ora E. Davenport Bibb, was born October 2, 1917 in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Greensburg.
Irene had made a profession of faith in Christ at an early age and was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She attended Greensburg High School and graduated on Friday, May 15, 1936. One of her favorite things in life was spending time in the yard growing roses and many other kinds of flowers. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She had a passion of loving and helping all animals especially cats.
She united in marriage to Mr. James A. Webb on Friday, February 26, 1938, who preceded her in death on Monday, July 3, 2006. They were happily married for 68 years.

2 sons and 1 daughter: Larry & Janice Webb of Glasgow, Darryl & Judy Webb of Metamora, Illinois, and Barbara Antonini of Springfield, Illinois
7 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren
Private Graveside Service: Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 11:00amCT at the Ladies Chapel Cemetery in Green County.
