Danny W. Gerhardt, 79, of Campbellsville, KY was born on September 13, 1942 in Walhalla, North Dakota to the late Phillip and Jean (Kuhn) Gerhardt. He departed this life on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness. 

Mr. Gerhardt had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of St. Joe Catholic Church. He was a Mason, a member of the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion, a past candidate of the North Dakota House of Representatives, and a past member of the North Dakota Association of the Blind. A welder by trade, a husband and father by desire, he also enjoyed making homemade sausage, pheasant hunting, fishing, and watching motorcycle races.

3 children: Jean Marie Moor & husband Cory of North Dakota, Danny Gerhardt & wife Tracey of North Dakota, and Bro. David Gerhardt & wife Robin of Campbellsville

2 siblings: Linda Hamilton of Minnesota and Bill Marti of North Dakota

11 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren

At the request of Mr. Gerhardt, a Masonic service will commence at 4:00pmET on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY.

A memorial service, officiated by Bro. David Gerhardt, will commence approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Masonic service.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday after 3:30pmET.
