Virginia Mae Baumchen Kurczewski Becker, 97, passed away in the Center Community of Green County on Sunday, March 20, 2022. She was born on July 26, 1924 in West Branch, MI to John and Ruth Jones Baumchen.

Virginia enjoyed knitting, plastic canvas, and crafts of all kinds. 

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Stanley J. Kurczewski and her second husband, George Becker.

SURVIVORS:

4 sons: Stanley Kurczewski, James Kurczewski, Bob (Kay) Kurczewski, and Allen Kurczewski

2 daughters: Karen Hollingsworth, Betty (Nate) Yoder

15 grandchildren: Christopher, Laura, Tim, Pam, Dawn, Joe, Angie, Lindsey, Wendy, Jason, Nichole, Erick, Jessica, Daniel, & Ryan

Burial: Chesterton Cemetery

Visitation: Monday, March 28, 2022 from 3:00pm-7:00pmCT at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home
