Rachel Skaggs Ritchie, 34, of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of Terry Lynn and Tammy (Barnes) Skaggs, was born March 13, 1988 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Monday, March 14, 2022 in Campbellsville at Taylor Regional Hospital. 

Rachel was a food server and enjoyed crafts, painting, dancing, singing, and softball, and was of the Baptist faith.
