David Mark Perry, 59, of Green County, KY was born on May 10, 1962 in Shreveport, Louisiana to the late Mace and Earlene Guinn Perry. He departed this life on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. 

He professed faith in Christ at an early age. Mr. Perry served our country by being a member of the United States Army. He was a Certified Welding Inspector and was employed by Applied Technical Services of Louisville.

1 sister & brother-in-law: Cheryl & George Wallace of Oklahoma
