James Kenneth Perkins, 91, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Bennie Perkins and Lola Sweeden Perkins, was born August 5, 1930 in Taylor County, KY. He died at 10:09 A.M., Sunday, February 6, 2022 in Campbellsville.   

He had professed faith of Christ. He was a retired farmer and had worked at McMahan Furniture and for Cox’s Sawmill. He was kind-hearted man who loved his family and would do anything for anybody.

He united in marriage to Vernon Hovious Perkins who preceded him in death.   

SURVIVORS:

1 brother & 1 sister: Glen Perkins and Geraldine Ford of Campbellsville

Several nieces & nephews 

Many other relatives & friends

He was also preceded in death by an infant child and 2 brothers & 2 sisters: Raymond Perkins, Louis Perkins, Delois Farmer and Doris Woodrum.
