Alvin Theodore Shofner, 87, the son of the late Johnny and Estelle (Eddington) Shofner, was born Ocotber 5, 1935 in Larue County, KY and departed this life on Sunday, January 23, 2022 in Greensburg at his home.
Alvin was a bricklayer and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and riding horses. He spent many years farming.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Shofner; 3 sons and a daughter: Ronald, Mark and Wendell Shofner and Rita Gribbins; and a sister, Bernette Thompson.
