Darla Faye Davis Asbury, 63, of the Hardyville area of Green County, KY, daughter of the late Ivan Keith Davis and Elsie Harlow Simpkins, was born August 24, 1958 in Glasgow, KY and departed this life on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at her home. 

Darla had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Glasgow. She was also a former machine operator for Fruit of the Loom, Inc.

Her husband: Lenny Charles Asbury of Green County

2 daughters: Stephanie Asbury & wife Bethany of Green County, KY and Anissa Jolly & husband Tom of Mississippi

2 grandchildren: Jacob Gillispie and Evan Jolly

1 sister & 3 brothers: Wanda Johnson and Tony Davis of Horse Cave, KY, Scott Davis of Massachusetts, and Keith Dale Davis of Utah

A host of other relatives and friends

Mrs. Asbury was also preceded in death by 2 sisters: Sharon Asbury and Brenda Russell.
