BRUCE ALLEN LOVALL, 64, WEST POINT, KY (FORMERLY OF GREEN COUNTY)

 

Bruce A. Loveall, 64, of West Point, KY (formerly of Green County), was born March 29, 1957 in Taylor County, KY to the late Vaughn Wesley Loveall, JR and Florence Montgomery Loveall. He departed this life Friday, December 31, 2021 at his home.

    

Bruce had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Sulpur Well, KY. He was a Computer Software Technologist. He was affiliated and participated with the Fort Duffield Park and Historic Site: Commander Fort Duffield Camp 1, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Department of Kentucky, Fort Duffield Heritage Committee, West Point, Kentucky, Historian and Webmaster. Friends of Fort Duffield: Tebbs Bend Battlefield Association, Campbellsville, Ky. Long standing member and Webmaster. Former President. Kentucky Military History Preservation Alliance, formerly known as Kentucky Civil War Sites Association. Bruce represented Tebbs Bend Battlefield Association and Fort Duffield. Bruce was a member: former President of the Green County Historical Society, Louisville Genealogical Society, Ancestorial Trails Historical Society, Elizabethtown, KY, Meade County History Museum, Brandenburg, KY, Painted Stone Settlers, Shelbyville, KY. Governor Isaac Shelby Chapter, Shelbyville, KY. Sons of the American Revolution (active participant). Member and Webmaster Weinmaraner Club of Greater Louisville.

Graveside Service:  Monday, January 10, 2022 at 1:00pmCT at the Montgomery Cemetery in the Glenview Community of Green County

 

Walk-Thru Visitation: Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 5:00pm-8:00pmCT and Monday, January 11, 2022 after 7:00amCT

 

Pallbearers: Austin Booth, Lane Booth, Brenton Booth, Melvin Underwood, Randall Mason, Tyler Booth

 

The family is requesting that everyone attending to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
