Regina Skaggs, 79, of Elk Horn, KY, the daughter of the late Roy L. and Dorcas Perkins, was born February 11, 1942 in Taylor County and departed this life on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Elk Horn at her home.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Whites Ridge Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Metzmeier Nursing Home. Regina enjoyed gardening, canning and caring for the sick.
She united in marriage to Wilson Skaggs, who preceded her in death. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Gaw.
