Charles Edward “Charlie” Cox, 82, of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Albert and Lola (Dennis) Cox, was born July 11, 1939 in Taylorsville, KY and departed this life on Monday, November 15, 2021 at his home.
Charlie was a retired employee of General Electric, a farmer and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a Veteran, having served in the United States Army. Charlie, as he was mostly known by, enjoyed fishing, hunting, listening to bluegrass music and old country music and tending to his farm and farm animals such as his cows, sheep and rabbits and for over 30 years he loved tinkering with small engines.

Funeral Service: Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at L.R. Petty Funeral Home
Burial: St. Bernard Cemetery at Clementsville
Visitation: After 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday
FULL MILITARY RITES WILL BE CONDUCTED AT APPROX. 11:30 A.M. IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE FUNERAL HOME BY THE MARION COUNTY VETERANS HONOR GUARD.
