Eunice Marie Pierce, 92, of Green County, KY, daughter of the late James David Skaggs and Hallie Pearl Estes Skaggs, was born on Friday, July 5, 1929 in Green County and departed this life on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at her home. 

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the Houk’s Chapel United Methodist Church, and was a homemaker, but most of all she was known for how much she loved and cherished her family.

She united in marriage to Alton Pierce, Sr. on September 25, 1947 who preceded her in death on January 23, 2001.

SURVIVORS:

2 daughters & sons-in-law: Joyce & Stevie Ervin, and Connie & James Hutson, both of Green County

2 sons & daughters-in-law: Junior & Valerie Pierce, and Larry & Lisa Pierce, both of Green County

10 Grandchildren and their spouses; 25 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren

Burial: Ennis-Perkins Cemetery
