Dorlene Cox Perkins, 64, of Mannsville, KY, the daughter of the late Berry and Mary Christine (Bottoms) Cox, was born May 13, 1957 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Sunday, October 17, 2021 in Louisville at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Dorlene had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Jones Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker.

1 great-grandchild: Easton Burriss

Services were private; Burial was in Merrimac Cemetery.
