Ora Alice Hedgespeth Jeffries, 85, daughter of the late Ben Hedgespeth and Lois Huffman Hedgespeth, was born on Tuesday, April 21, 1936 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Facility in Hodgenville, KY.
Ora had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Union Chapel Baptist Church. She was also a Homemaker and babysitter for most every child in the family and the community.
She united in marriage to Mitchell R. Jeffries on October 30, 1954 who preceded her in death on July 6, 2016.

Mrs. Jeffries was preceded in death by 3 children: Connie Sue Jeffries, Bonnie Lou Jeffries, and Michael Jeffries and by 4 siblings: Geneva Reynolds, Radeana Judd, Ruth Hatcher, and Pat Jameson.
